WebHighdown Gardens is a unique chalk garden nested in the South Downs National Park and overlooking the sea. The gardens are home to a National Plant Collection, a ‘living library’ of rare plants and trees adapted to live on chalk throughout the year. WebOur tea room is located near the entrance to Highdown Gardens and Highdown Hill car park, alongside the pub. It's a traditional style tea room, serving sandwiches, toasties, cakes and a variety of teas and coffees.

Highdown Gardens are gardens on the western edge of the town of Worthing, close to the village of Ferring and the National Trust archaeological site Highdown Hill, in West Sussex, England. Overlooking the sea from the South Downs, they contain a collection of rare plants and trees, collectively a national collection.
