Webeasiest way to beat the handyman (for me at least): 1.grab them with undertow- this will leave them temporarily immobile. 2.spam volley gun (or another explosive weapon), then hold the vigor trigger until the water appears again. 3.rinse and repeat. this allows you to shoot the handyman while taking little to no damage.
